AppX supported the AIESEC initiative and offered an internship to a student from Ukraine, promoting the development of practical work experience and new skills.
AIESEC is an international student organization that brings together a young group of people from 110 countries around the world. The organization is made up of students and alumni that, each day, develop personally and professionally with the aim of becoming leaders who want and know how to change the world for the better.
AIESEC offers young people the opportunity to develop themselves through a set of experiences that are shaped by three pillars:

- Global educational environment
Pedro Romano, Executive Partner at AppX and responsible for Vira Vorobiova’s internship, tells us a little more about this project and the reason why AppX wanted to join:
“When we were presented with this project, we were very excited and we definitely wanted to participate. At AppX, we have a relaxed work environment that, we think, inspires learning. Despite the language barrier, integration was very good and the entire team welcomed the intern very well.
I believe that participating in this type of project develops both technical and soft skills of the candidates, also giving them the opportunity to discover the culture of a new country.
We, as hosts, got a new team member to promote our social networks, to maintain our institutional website and to reinforce the work being done to attract new international clients.
At AppX, we are always open to new and differentiating challenges that leave a mark in our company and in the people who come to us.”
AIESEC offers undergraduate and graduate students the opportunity to do an internship lasting from 2 to 12 months and taking place in different countries and companies around the world.
