Discovery Meeting.
This meeting is your first contact with the AppX team and the first step when building a new digital product with us.
In this meeting, we understand your long term product vision and the needs of your users, identifying project goals, exploring the market landscape and existing solutions, and discussing potential constraints.

Specification & Budget.
Our team will meet and review everything that went on during the Discovery Meeting.
An AppX Specification & Budget document will be created, including a global description of the project, a sprint planning, the proposed technological stack and estimated price and development time. Our pricing is calculated in daily rate of our team.

Project Kickoff.
Developing a digital project is a great step that requires the involvement of both the client and AppX. The client is expected to review the project in each step, ensuring that the original vision and idea is kept.
The project starts with the Kickoff Meeting, it marks the start of the Sprints and it’s where we align the work for Sprint 0.

Sprint 0.
Sprint 0 lays the groundwork for the success of the project. This stage focuses on:
- The global UX/UI and creating the key screens for the product
- Detailing User Stories in the Product Backlog
- Plan the start of the development sprints.
In Sprint 0’s Review meeting, the Design and Product Backlog are discussed.

MVP Sprints.
The MVP is developed in two-week sprints, each beginning with a sprint planning meeting where clients can adjust priorities and ending with a sprint review to ensure alignment with the product vision.
Our strategy matches the client’s budget to prioritize key features during the early sprints, making sure the most vital components are developed first.
