This meeting is your first contact with the AppX team and the first step when building a new digital product with us.

In this meeting, we understand your long term product vision and the needs of your users, identifying project goals, exploring the market landscape and existing solutions, and discussing potential constraints.

Project Kickoff.

Our Design & Prototype package provides a comprehensive, fixed-price offering that includes a set of four one-week design sprints.

The project starts with the kickoff meeting, it marks the start of the sprints and it’s where we align the work for the first sprint.

Design Sprints.

Over the course of the sprints, we engage in a process starting with a sprint planning meeting and concluding with a sprint review meeting.

During this period, we design the intuitive and user-friendly UX/UI and develop a comprehensive prototype that includes full navigation and interactive elements.
